Vendor Besties collaborates with sponsors who align with our mission to:

• Educate and empower wedding and event professionals
• Build community across all vendor categories
• Share tools, services, and brands that support the industry

Sponsorships allow us to continue producing free educational content, resources, and industry conversations.

All sponsors must:

• Share our commitment to equality, inclusivity, and professionalism
• Operate ethically and transparently
• Maintain a positive reputation within the wedding and event industry
• Provide products or services that genuinely benefit our audience

We reserve the right to decline sponsorships that do not align with our values, content direction, or audience needs.

Vendor Besties operates as an independent media platform separate from the personal businesses of its hosts.

We may accept sponsorships from businesses in categories similar to those of the hosts (planning, rentals, videography, baking, etc.), provided:

• The sponsor is aligned with our values
• The collaboration supports our community
• The relationship feels authentic and mutually beneficial

Acceptance of a sponsor does not imply endorsement of the sponsor’s business as superior to the hosts’ own companies.

To maintain transparency, a short message prefacing such sponsorships will be included:

“Vendor Besties partners with sponsors who support our mission of educating and uplifting vendors. While some sponsor categories may overlap with the hosts’ own businesses, Vendor Besties operates independently as a neutral media platform.”

We actively seek sponsorships from:

• Wedding venues
• Creative tools & software (CRM, planning tools, editing apps, etc.)
• DJ and entertainment companies
• Photobooths & content creators
• Florists & décor specialists
• Business coaches & educators
• Marketing tools and productivity platforms
• Rental companies, planners, videographers, and other vendor categories (case-by-case)
• Local and national brands supporting wedding pros in health and wellness, small-business accounting and marketing, etc.

Depending on tier, sponsor packages may include:

• On-air mentions or ad reads
• Branded segments
• Social media posts or stories
• Episode notes placement
• Newsletter highlights
• Partnership listings on future Vendor Besties platforms

Deliverables will be clearly stated in each sponsor’s agreement.

Sponsors do not influence:

• Episode topics
• Guest selection
• Opinions or commentary shared by the hosts

All opinions are our own and sponsorship does not guarantee positive reviews.

Vendor Besties may decline or discontinue any sponsorship at any time, especially if:

• A brand acts inconsistently with our values
• There is reputational risk
• There is behavior harmful to our community
